Mr. Amer Kumar is Ashford Community's Chief of Staff and is also responsible for Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and Acquisitions. He joined the company in February 2013 with the mission to lead the Ashford Communities’ employees to a structured workforce by building the company’s Human Resources Department, which now manages over 100 full-time employees.
Amer attributes the success he has contributed to the company to the collaboration of his team members at Ashford Communities. Even each one of the company’s core values represents his personal fundamental beliefs, Teamwork, Excellence and Caring are most significant to him. His mission as a leader and motivator is to
transmit the vision that any goal can be attained thru hard work and openness for personal growth. Amer’s extensive skills in business administration and finance are backed up by the prestigious universities that certify him. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Pricing Strategy by the University of Pennsylvania, a Graduate Certificate in Accounting and finance from Rice University, Graduate Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University, attended the Key Executive Program by MIT and Harvard University.
